Push-Pull Mobile Compactors
This system is designed using excellent storage efficiency with economical prize. One modular-Rack is suggested on each chassis either it single facing or double facing. Recommended lengths in push-push are 900mm, 1000mm & 1150mm. The system is operated by the fixed handle for appropriate aisle. This bear load per compartment 65 kg to 95 kg. Modular-Racks mounted on chassis & it rest on tracks to slide the system without any efforts & that provides maximum storage capacity. These systems have only one access corridor thereby it increase efficiency of the storage. Push-Pull Mobile Compactors are esthetic in looks and safe in use, end unit of the set will have central locking facility for material safety. It is smooth, noiseless and easy to function. The compactor is clad with powder coating & entire structure made of steel.
Mechanical Drive Mobile Compactors
Mechanical drive compactors each unit/bay runs on chassis with the aid of sprocket-chain drive gear-box. It can carry numbers of modular racks & travel’s comfortably by using triangle lever rotator for appropriate aisle. Recommended lengths of mechanical drives are 1600mm to 4600mm. This bear load per compartment 65 kg to 95 kg. Mechanical drive mobile compactor is suggested to move large quantity of modular racks very easy & at the same it is also esthetic in looks and safe in use, end unit of the set will have central locking facility for material safety. It is smooth, noiseless and easy to function. The compactor is clad with powder coating & entire structure made of steel.
Slotted Angle Mobile Storage System
Industrial standard shelving’s of slotted angle racks are converted into mobility. This system is mechanical drive delta edge steel storage system. Slotted angle mobile storage system runs on chassis with the aid of sprocket-chain drive gear-box. The unit moves on laid-rails (Tracks) fixed on the floor. Recommended length of system’s 1600mm to 4650mm. This bear load per compartment 95 kg to 350 kg. The entire system is indigenous built to avoid parts & service problems. We ensure smooth movement of unit in clockwise or anti-clockwise directions. Even existing slotted angle racks can be converted into a mobile system at a very reasonable cost.
Semi Heavy Duty Mobile Storage System
The mobile storage concept is one of the finest examples of what material handling technology can achieve in industries. This mobile storage system is specialize in stacking various loading with easy movements. Due to long-Span loading levels it is convenient to stack material of different weights, sizes & volumes. Semi H.D. mobile system is having the option of two different types of mechanical drives one is regular gear-box & other is heavy duty gear-box. Recommended length of system’s 1200mm to 5700mm. This bear load per loading level 250 kg to 750 kg. It is smooth, noiseless and easy functioning system. We provide it with final finished conditions which make it long lasting durability.
Heavy Duty Mobile Storage System
It saves warehouse space by reducing the amount of room dedicated to working aisles. Heavy duty mobile storage system enhanced durability and high quality performance. System consist H.D. gear-box for effort-less movement with maintenance free. At the time of installation this system required some civil-work in limited area for to input tracks in floor. Once it displayed 0’ degree laid-rail the system will smooth, noiseless and easy functioning. Recommended length of system’s 2050mm to 8550mm. This bear load per loading level 750 kg to 2000 kg. We provide it with finished conditions which make it long lasting durability.
